Women who are making it big

Madam Clara Manga,
Sub divisional delegate women empowerment, Buea.
In her opinion women are making it real big and they will only achieve this greatness and respect if they dish out what is right to the society. In addition to the saying a place of a woman is in the kitchen is no insult, this is just referring to home activities not and insult. Its obvious women have the tendency to cater. Further, parents should let their girl child attained what ever level of studies, because an educated woman is hardly a bore in a society.

Listed out many great women who succeeded in the yester years than men. For example; Amina of kanu who fought with men and defeated men.
According to Prof. Kinni, a respected woman is she who is initiative, creative and open to challenge.

Healthy food always Healthy?

Z show moves on a heart burning issue which many people take it for granted.
As you may have heard, many people think eating healthy food will make you healthy. And unfortunately they mostly believe that healthy food needs a lot of cash.
Dr. Valerie Angoh , of Ekondo-titi, presented his ideal on what it means to be healthy besides the fact that a healthy body might means a balance diet, it will also implies physical exercise as well as spiritual balance.
Moreover a healthy food doesn’t necessary mean spending lots of cash. Just eating roasted plantain plus fever grass tea which most grandma and Pa consume as food in the village plays vital role; it is good for diabetic patient since it has iron, again it prevents the viral infection due to it antioxidant.  Another exciting example is the pawpaw fruit tree, the most common plant around any household. It has been proven that it anti cancer.

Many people want to run a petite business, though they fear of having capital affects their thought, whereas to most their greatest problem is how to manage a business?
